Corvair Atlanta's Springfest '99

Virtual 'Vairs members, Jane and C.G. Mouch drove to Helen from Louisiana in their Show Class 1964 Spyder convertible. Now this is a show car!

Ember Red with a red interior, the Mouch's Spyder looks like it just rolled off the assembly line.

Below, and lookin' good in the sunshine, the 150 HP turbo-charged Spyder engine that generated so much excitement for Corvair fans in the 60s. Jane and C.G. added a chrome alternator to compliment the stock chrome air cleaner, turbo housing cover, intake runner and dipstick handle.

According to da Chuckster, who's known the Mouchs for some time, the black box seen in the upper left hand corner, next to the air cleaner, is a "really neat, modern cruise control set-up."
