Ted Trevor: Creator
of the Crown Corv-8

Here, Rick, still wearing those cool shades, meets Ted Trevor, the main man behind the original Crown Manufacturing Co. Inc. Corv-8 conversion.

The photo was taken at the 1997 Corvair Society of America (CORSA) national convention where Ted was a keynote speaker.

At this writing, Ted has yet to see Rick's rejuvenated original. Think he'll like it?

Thanks to Rick for providing most of the feature's photographs. His willingness to share his knowledge with others is appreciated. He sets an outstanding example for all hot rodders and Corvair enthusiasts and we wish him many happy hours of cruising in his world class Corv-8!

Rick may be contacted by e-mail.
