Rick Norris Crown Corv-8

The cool induction system uses an Airinlet Ramair box with a K&N 14 x 3" filter. Dual intake tubes run through the rear bulkhead into the stock air plenum at the base of the rear window. The Moroso air cleaner cover will later be replaced by a flat top custom cover to lower the engine's profile under the engine cover.

While we're in this area, it is interesting to note that the rear quarter windows are now electric, as the fronts will be. Also the Crown headers have now been coated with Jet Hot.

These hot looking valve covers  are a custom item from Street & Performance. Rick, being an old draftsman and designer by trade, called on his skills and designed the logo himself. Street and Performance did the custom engraving. Once he got them back, he filled in the engraved areas with black and red paint.

Snaking its way around the A/C compressor at the far right, is a polished stainless steel bendable coolant pipe. The lower pipe can be seen in the shadows.
