The late model Monza's base engine produced 95 horsepower @ 3600 rpm. The optional high performance engine was rated at 110 horsepower @ 4400, and the special high performance engine was advertised as having 140 horsepower @ 5200 rpm.

Because the Corvair Monza accounted for nearly 60% of total Corvair sales, examples like the "Red Rogue" are, even today, relatively easy to find. Finding one in this condition, however, may be a stretch.
