Canada's Dave Binnie of Carlisle, Ontario, is a veteran Corvair enthusiast and re-builder who has owned over 50 Corvairs in the last three decades. His outstanding '65 Monza sport coupe uses a blow-through turbocharger and intercooler. This was the first time I'd had the opportunity to see Dave's Monza "in the flesh," and it was a real treat! Others obviously agreed, as the coupe won top honors in the Late Closed class of the People's Choice Car Display.
