2001: A Corvair Odyssey
The turbo-charged Spyder package included Monza level trim with Spyder emblems on the lower front fenders and glove box door, Spyder insignia (seen at right) on the horn button and wheel cover inserts. Rich's Spyder was delivered in Tuxedo Black with red interior, a 4-speed stick, 3.55:1 Positraction axle, pushbutton radio with rear speaker, and a Courtesy & Convenience group consisting of a no glare rear view mirror, outside rear view mirror, and 2-speed windshield wiper/washer. It was also equipped with tinted glass, padded instrument panel, deluxe seat belts, and a spare wheel lock. |
In addition to all of the above, the well dressed coupe has the dash mounted optional clock, courtesy lamps, parking brake signal, and a tissue dispenser. There is a luggage compartment lamp, a locking gas cap, fuel door trim, front and rear bumper guards, and dual rear antennae (original at rear left). |
